Surprise Proposal at The Top of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort | K + B

Winter proposals carry a special kind of magic. The cool mountain air, the soft blanket of snow, and the breathtaking views create a setting that feels both intimate and grand. This winter, we had the honor of capturing a truly unforgettable surprise proposal for Kate and Brandon at one of the most stunning locations in Jackson! It was near Corbet's Cabin at the top of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort which sits over 10,000 feet above sea level! You can only get here via a Gondola ride at this time of year which makes it even more epic! This moment combined natural beauty, heartfelt emotion, and of course the element of surprise!


Jackson Hole Mountain Resort offers some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in the United States! This resort in particular is known for it's skiing. The area around Corbet's Cabin, perched at the top of the Gondola, is especially picturesque. From this vantage point, the vast expanse of snow-covered peaks stretches out in every direction. The cold air is crisp & refreshing, and the quiet is only broken by the occasional swoosh of skiers descending the slopes after the Gondola drops off a new batch.


Brandon chose this spot for his surprise proposal to Kate because of its natural beauty and because it was something they had already planned on doing so this would be a good way to set something up without giving away the surprise! The location is not just a backdrop but a part of their story. The cabin itself adds a cozy, rustic charm that contrasts beautifully with the wide-open snowy landscape. It was the perfect place to for these two to have their moment and to take the next big step on their journey! Throw in a little family to celebrate the moment with them and you can see why this was such fun proposal!
