Winter in Jackson Hole is such a fun time of year!  Most people probably think about hitting the slopes, or the fact that on a snowy evening the downtown feels a bit like a Hallmark movie.  But winter in Jackson is also a time when a lot of couples like to say their I dos!  While the frigid temps might not be for everyone, the winter season is arguably one of the most beautiful times of year for the scenery.  If you’ve never seen a rich blue sky contrasting the snow covered Grand Tetons, you’re in for a treat with Amie and Brad’s beautiful wedding day at The Bentwood Inn.  Truth be told this was more of an intimate elopement as it was just these lovelies and their two sweet kiddos!  Opting for more of a laid back wedding day, it was a mix of cozy, rustic, and intimate at the always popular Bentwood near Jackson!  They used the great room through the main entrance for their ceremony.  With the combo of natural light pouring in from just about every direction, the crackling of the wood in the fireplace, and the nonstop smiles on both of their faces, it made for a perfect intimate wedding ceremony!

One of our favorite parts of the day and a pleasant surprise in the overall flow was how gorgeous the property was at The Bentwood Inn during the winter!  We’ve been apart of weddings here in the summer time, but we just weren’t sure how everything would look this time of the year.  It’s safe to say, we absolutely loved it!  The fresh snow on the tips of the trees and the sun shining through felt like something out of a fine art painting you would see hanging in a gallery downtown.  The original plan was to head straight to the Grand Teton National Park after the ceremony but thankfully Amie and Brad gave us a little extra time to rock this spot for some portraits beforehand.  Needless to say, these two crushed it!  As always, so many congrats to Amie & Brad and their beautiful family, and we hope you all enjoy following along!
